Our collaborative process begins with The Outset Conversation, followed by The Outset Review, allowing every project to develop from a shared understanding before design begins.

Silviu Pasargiu ARB RIBA
FOUNDER | DESIGN DIRECTOR
Silviu founded Outset Think with a simple belief: every project deserves careful thought before design begins.
Over the past two decades, he has worked with families across the UK to transform existing homes, design contemporary new houses and unlock the potential of complex sites. His work is recognised for its thoughtful relationship with landscape, natural light and the everyday experience of living.
A Certified Passive House Designer, Silviu combines technical expertise with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, proportion and timeless architecture. His projects have received international recognition, including publication by ArchDaily, feature in ELLE Decoration, and nomination for Building of the Year.

Andreea Pasargiu
DIRECTOR | CLIENT EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS
Since co-founding Outset Think alongside Silviu, Andreea has played a key role in the growth of the practice, leading its administration, marketing and business development. She has helped shape the client experience, strengthen the studio's identity and support the continued development of the practice behind the scenes.
Drawing on her background in healthcare, Andreea brings empathy, organisation and exceptional attention to detail to every aspect of the business. She believes that creating or transforming a home should be an enjoyable and collaborative experience, and is committed to ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey.
Alongside her role within the practice, Andreea is training as an architectural designer and looks forward to becoming increasingly involved in the creative and design aspects of future projects, combining her passion for thoughtful design with the personal approach that defines Outset Think.

Stas works closely with Outset Think on a number of residential projects, contributing his architectural design expertise from concept development through to technical design. Our long-standing collaborative relationship allows us to combine complementary skills and perspectives, ensuring each project benefits from thoughtful design, technical rigour and careful attention to detail.
